Manage your store subscription.

Runquest subscriptions are managed by the store account used for purchase.

Request a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically request a refund.

Restore access

If a paid feature is missing after reinstalling the app or changing devices, use Restore purchases from the Runquest settings screen while signed into the account that made the purchase.

Account deletion is separate

Deleting your Runquest account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel your subscription before deleting the account if you do not want it to renew.
