Account deletion

Delete your Runquest account.

Runquest includes an in-app deletion flow. Use the email fallback only if you cannot access the app.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Runquest and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile, then Settings.
  3. Open Account and choose Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

What deletion does

Account deletion removes or anonymizes profile records, follows, messages, comments, activities, territory ownership, saved routes, media references, and related storage objects where applicable. Limited records may be retained when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Cannot access the app?

Email us from the address connected to your account. We may request verification before processing the deletion.

Request account deletion

Subscription warning

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through your store account.
